A deposit is required to start a layaway. The deposit amount is determined depending on the baby ordered. A layaway payment in the amount of your choice is required during each 30 day period. If no payment is received during that time the layaway will be considered abandoned and cancelled with no refunds, transfers nor credits given. If you are unable to make a layaway payment you must contact us.

These babies have minor flaws that will be identified prior to adoption.  They are adopted at below normal pricing and are non returnable and non refundable.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your doll, you must contact Arnold Babies within 24 hours of receipt of doll. Since each baby is custom made for each collector, dolls cannot be returned for cash refund. We will do our best to make your baby the baby you wanted, however if this is not possible, and providing no alterations have been made to the baby or clothing, you may return the baby within 24 hours of receipt for credit only to be held for one year toward the purchase of a new baby. Please note that sculpting marks and variations from doll to doll in color, textiles, hair, eyes, etc are always a possibility with hand made dolls and should not be considered flaws.

Our babies are guaranteed against workmanship problems for a period of one year. We will repair or replace the baby, at our option, during the warranty period. The warranty is void if alterations have been made to the baby such as misuse, removing or pulling rooted hair, repainting, etc. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the collector.
